1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Mess Wala website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide correct and accurate details including name, mobile number, and delivery address.
- Users are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the food.
- Any misuse of promotional codes or referral systems may result in account suspension.
3. Order & Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has begun.
- Subscription users can pause deliveries for the next day using the Tracker feature, but same-day pausing is not permitted.
- Mess Wala reserves the right to cancel orders if items are unavailable or due to operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
4. Pricing & Menu
- Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions and ingredient availability.
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Subscription Terms
- Monthly subscriptions run for a strict 34-day cycle (30 days + 4 grace days).
- Paused days do not extend the subscription end date.
- Sunday Evening deliveries are compulsorily off for all subscribers.
6. Account Restrictions
- Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent orders or abusive behavior towards delivery personnel, may lead to permanent account restriction.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the use of Mess Wala services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sangamner, Maharashtra, India.
