1. When Are Refunds Applicable?
Mess Wala values your trust. Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
- Payment deducted but order not processed — If your payment was successfully deducted
but the order was not placed or confirmed in our system.
- Order not delivered — If you did not receive your meal and the delivery was not
attempted.
- Wrong item delivered — If you received a completely different meal than what was
ordered or scheduled.
2. When Are Refunds NOT Applicable?
- After food has been prepared and/or delivered successfully.
- For complaints related to taste preferences or personal food choices.
- If the delivery was attempted but the customer was unavailable at the address.
- For subscription days that the customer forgot to pause in advance.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited 5 to 7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- You will receive a confirmation notification once the refund has been initiated.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 24 hours of the issue via phone or email.
- Provide your order details, registered mobile number, and a brief description of the
problem.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
