Hot, homestyle meals are prepared in synchronized batches at regional franchised Kitchen Hubs and consolidated into delivery pods. One dedicated campus rider delivers 10 to 15 student subscriptions along a tight, pre-mapped hostel corridor within a dedicated 45-minute window.

• Designated Hostel Drop-Points: Due to college security protocols, deliveries are made to designated campus collection points (Hostel Main Gate, PG Common Area, or Security Guard Desk).
• Instant QR Verification: Students scan the rider's digital badge or present their in-app QR code to claim their hot insulated thali box.
• Holding Window: Delivery runners will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the drop station once arrival alerts are triggered.
